Can't Log In To Spotify App

I have tried to download a cracked version of Spotify on Windows 10. And now even after i have cleaned the cracked version my original spotify says that im offline. I have open a.bat file to crack it, and now im fucked lol. I cant do the restoration of my Windows.10 someone knows how to make it work again without listening it from Spotify web? Spotify Kids requires a Premium Family subscription, a plan for up to 6 family members who live together. Check out Premium Family for how to sign up.

The Premium Family plan manager needs to log in to the Spotify Kids app with the same email address and password used for the Spotify app.

Usually log in with Facebook?

You can’t log in using your Facebook details in the Kids app. But, you can log in with a link sent to your email address:

  1. Tap LOG IN WITHOUT PASSWORD.
  2. Enter the email address registered to your Facebook account.
  3. Open the email on the device you want to log in on.
  4. Tap the button in the email to log into the Kids app.

Kids accounts can be created by the manager of a Premium Family plan. Each Kids account takes up 1 slot in the plan (out of a maximum of 6).

Log Into Spotify

The first time you open Spotify Kids, you’re prompted to create a Kids account.

You can create more Kids accounts in the Spotify Kids app at any time following these steps:

  1. Tap the avatar in the top-left.
  2. Tap Grown-ups .
  3. Enter your Spotify Kids app PIN.
  4. Tap Add a Kids account under KIDS ACCOUNTS.

You can choose if you want them to hear audio for younger or older kids, and can change these settings at any time.

Manage Kids account settings

In Grown-ups in the Spotify Kids app, a Premium Family plan manager can:

  • Edit each child’s name and date of birth.
  • Block content from playing.
  • Choose which type of audio is most appropriate for each child.
  • Add and delete Kids accounts.

To get into Grown-ups you need to enter your Spotify Kids app PIN. You create the PIN when you first log in to Spotify Kids.

To change your PIN:

  1. Tap the child’s avatar in the top-left.
  2. Tap Grown-ups .
  3. Tap Forgot PIN?
  4. Continue through the flow to log back in to the app and set a new PIN.

The Family plan manager can edit each child’s content settings to block content or change the type of audio a child hears:

  1. Tap the child’s avatar in the top-left.
  2. Tap Grown-ups .
  3. Enter your Spotify Kids app PIN.
  4. Tap EDIT next to the account you want to edit.
    • To block content, go to Listening history and tap next to what you want to block.
    • To change the type of audio the child hears, tap CHANGE and choose between Audio for older kids or Audio for younger kids.
  1. Tap the child’s avatar in the top-left of the Kids app.
  2. Tap Grown-ups .
  3. Enter your Spotify Kids app PIN.
  4. Tap EDIT next to the account you want to delete.
  5. Tap DELETE.

You can also delete Kids accounts and remove other member accounts from the Premium Family page.

We take children’s privacy very seriously. The name and age you enter for each Spotify Kids account is fully encrypted.

To see if your TV supports the Spotify app, go to the app store on your TV and search for Spotify. If your TV isn't listed, you can upgrade it with a soundbar or streamer that supports Spotify Connect.

Play directly from the TV app

If the Spotify TV app isn’t working for you:

  • Make sure your TV is connected to the internet.
  • Check your internet connection is strong. Try playing something else to test it.
  • Check your TV app store for any updates to the Spotify app.
  • Check your TV's software is up-to-date. If you don't know, check with the manufacturer for how to check and update the version software.
  • Check your TV is supported by Spotify. You can check this at Spotify Everywhere or with the device’s manufacturer.

Still not working?

  • Restart your TV.
  • Restart your WiFi.
  • Delete the Spotify app, then reinstall it onto your TV.
  • If possible, try a different WiFi connection.

Play from a phone or tablet

If Spotify Connect isn’t working for you:

  • Make sure your TV is supported by Spotify. You can check this at Spotify Everywhere or with the device’s manufacturer.
  • If this is the first time playing to the TV from your phone/tablet, make sure they're both connected to the same WiFi network. (E.g. if your device’s connected to 4G instead of WiFi, it probably won't work).
  • Make sure you have the latest version of Spotify in your device.
  • Check all devices' software is up-to-date. If you don't know, check with your devices' manufacturer for how to check and update the version software.
  • Check you're not trying to play local files, as they aren’t supported by Connect.

Still not working?

  • Restart the Spotify app.
  • Close any other apps you’re not using.
  • Restart your devices.
  • Restart your WiFi.
  • If possible, try a different WiFi connection on the device you're playing from (i.e. your mobile or tablet).

  • Make sure you have the latest version of Spotify in your device.
  • Check you're not trying to play local files, as they aren’t supported by Chromecast.

Still not working?

  • Restart your WiFi.
  • If possible, try a different WiFi connection.
